Responsibilities
Communicating and assisting junior and senior level attorneys
Performing legal research and writing
Bluebooking / cite checking
Performing and supporting full trial preparation - creating binders, managing exhibits, assisting attorneys with ad hoc needs
Assist with mediation and arbitration

Required
At least 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal (defense-side work)
Preferred
Labor & Employment experience highly desired
