Responsibilities
Prepare monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations of moderate to high complexity.
Review general ledger details and expense run rates to identify and record necessary adjustments and reclassifications.
Apply knowledge of U.S. GAAP and company policies to address and resolve accounting challenges.
Coordinate and oversee assigned accounting tasks and processes.
Participate in the monthly general ledger close process, including preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and related accounting schedules.
Analyze financial data to determine past performance or project future financial probabilities.
Provide requested information and supporting documentation to internal and external auditors.
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls.
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
Assist in the creation, documentation, and monitoring of system controls, procedures, and forms.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure accurate and timely transaction recording.
Support ad hoc activities within the General Ledger, Indirect Tax, North America Compensation, and Lease Accounting teams.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (strongly preferred) or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred
CPA certification preferred.
Experience with financial accounting software applications; familiarity with SAP, BPC, Analytics for Office (AFO), and Blackline is a plus.
