Responsibilities
Review and negotiate clinical trial budgets, including terms and conditions related to payment schedules.
Distribute budget information internally according to established workflow processes.
Maintain accurate records of budget and contract negotiations from award to study close.
Analyze proposed study protocols to identify budgetary needs and potential risks.
Collaborate with other teams including Operations, Business Development, Marketing, General, and Site Managers.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in budget and contract management workflows.
Liaise with CROs and Sponsors during budget amendments due to protocol amendments and site ad hoc requests.

Required
A background of 2 to 4 years handling clinical research budgets and contracts at a CRO, showing growth in responsibilities.
2 - 4 years of clinical research budget and contract experience within a CRO with increasing responsibility
Possess a degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field.
A high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with focus on Excel and Planner.
