Required
Minimum 3 years experience handling claims/litigation from inception through trial
Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school
Active bar membership in good standing in any US jurisdiction
Preferred
Willing to lend a hand to help with non-litigation work if time permits
Having a sense of humor
Prior start up experience
