Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
Provide legal advice and support on entity formation and corporate governance.
Assist with real estate transactions, including closings, leasing, and property management issues.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2-3 years of experience in business or commercial law.
Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and real estate law.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficient in legal research and use of legal technology tools.
Preferred
Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
