Responsibilities
Review and negotiate commercial contracts
Interface with internal clients to ensure client contracts reflect agreed business terms and are consistent with company policies and approved legal terms and conditions
Protect and mitigate company risks that may arise from contractual commitments
Use contract management system
Support other corporate legal resources as needed

5+ years’ experience with commercial contract drafting, reviewing and negotiation. Prefer experience in an in-house role.
Comfortable managing multiple business priorities
Experience using DocuSign CLM or a similar contract management tool
This is a full cycle contract role with drafting, red lining, and negotiations
JD and licensed attorney in NA
