Responsibilities
Handle a variety of lemon law defense cases from inception to resolution.
Draft, review, and file necessary legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
Work closely with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Provide expert legal advice and develop effective defense strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Required
Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of litigation defense experience.
Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
