Responsibilities

Review and draft non-standard contract language.

Coordinate the production of documents with contract administrators.

Contribute to and maintain content, procedures, and instructions for the Contract Administration reference library.

Serve as the primary liaison with the legal team.

Implement and maintain a corporate database of all contracts, concession agreements, and service level agreements.

Prepare, assemble, monitor, and load contracts into applicable databases.

Review contracts to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Analyze contracts for various legal, accounting, and business purposes.
