Responsibilities
Manage contract membership, making changes or additions based on Approved Business Requests.
Maintain contract pricing, identifying gaps, and communicating with requestors before executing in SAP.
Collaborate with internal teams on questions/issues/process related to contract pricing and memberships.
Manage and complete instrument orders for consumable agreements, ensuring proper documentation.
Load and process new business/renewal contracts accurately to meet customer expectations and service levels.

Required
BA/BS degree desired or equivalent experience acceptable
3+ years' experience in commercial contract operations and/or related areas
General understanding of the end-to-end commercial contract operations management
Experience in SAP and Salesforce.com, to include running reports
Proficient technical skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams, Chrome, and Outlook
Strong communication and customer centric skills in order to adapt to customer needs while maintaining Clients values
Math skills to include working with percentages
Efficient and accurate typing skills, especially with numbers
Demonstrates working knowledge of principles of key business metrics and analytical techniques/tools, including their application in effective contract execution
Proven ability to quickly establish credibility, trust, and support within all levels of organization
Analytical problem solver with the ability to evaluate issues, resolve, and offer solution
Ability to plan, organize, and manage a variable work load and meet schedules with accurate results
Ability to work well independently in a hybrid team environment, be self-motivated and multi task while achieving expectations
