Responsibilities

Engage directly with Public Sector promoters, partners, and customers to lead agreement structure with internal and external teams.

Serve as a trusted advisor and partner with internal stakeholder groups including sales leadership, global business practices, legal, pricing, finance, and product.

Build relationships with teams to accelerate agreement, drive continuous process improvement, attend forecast calls, staff meetings, and business reviews to keep apprised of priorities.

Work collaboratively across GPS with leaders to formulate and advance initiatives that result in increasing business, efficiently closing agreement, and expanding agreement throughput.

Validate all aspects of agreement packages for accuracy and compliance with GPS policies, processes, general agreement posture.

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience working in US Public Sector or IT infrastructure, cloud and digital transformations.

Experience working with agreement terms, redlining and negotiating agreements.

Preferred

Experience in collaborating with executive level cross-functional leaders.

Knowledge of key business issues in government agreements.

Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.

Excellent data modeling, reporting, and written/verbal communication skills.
