Responsibilities

Contract Management: Oversee the contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal using our Contract Lifecycle Management tool, Ironclad.

Drafting & Reviewing: Prepare and review various types of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Procurement, and Operations, to address contractual needs and resolve related queries.

Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks in contracts and recommend strategies to minimize exposure.

Record Keeping: Maintain an organized repository of contracts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates in the contract management system.

Process Improvement: Develop and refine contract management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Legal Support: Assist the General Counsel with other legal and compliance matters as needed.
