Responsibilities
Collaborate with CCO to perform market research and develop the company's marketing and sales plans
Manage and create content for company's social media accounts and other lead-generation tools, including: website, monthly newsletter, charitable stores, and design awards
Manage sales process, including: attending meetings, developing estimates, and follow-ups
Maintain existing client relationships and CRM
Manage client retention programs and lead-based referral programs
Maintain company communication standards, turnaround times, deadlines, and review process

Must have marketing background/experience
Experience with social media strategy and content creation

Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
Strong proofreading and editing skills
Excellent attention to detail
Preferred
Knowledge of Asana, Harvest, and Pipedrive is ideal
