Responsibilities
Manage the membership life cycle of Large Organized Customers (LOC) using Model N Revenue Manager.
Oversee contract membership activities, including eligibility determination, membership additions, deletions, and updates.
Process Master Data requests in SAP iShift for vaccine accounts, adhering to established business rules.
Investigate and resolve membership discrepancies by navigating various systems and collaborating with internal and external teams.
Monitor data accuracy across platforms, including Revenue Manager, MicroStrategy, and boundary systems.
Maintain collaborative relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders to harmonize membership processes and resolve inquiries.
Ensure compliance with SOX, government pricing policies, and audit requirements while maintaining accurate records.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, take on new projects, and develop solutions to business challenges.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree (required)
1–3 years of experience in Contracting, Membership, or Pricing
Experience with Model N and SAP iShift
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., formulas, VLOOKUPs); Excel test scores are a bonus
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to handle large data sets and complex systems
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for grammar and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a willingness to dive deep into issues and uncover root causes
