Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Sales with a focus on hiring SDRs and AEs, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Identify and engage top talent through innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn, industry networks, and other channels.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring goals, and create compelling job descriptions.
Maintain and optimize workflows in Lever, ensuring data accuracy and transparency throughout the hiring process.
Drive operational excellence by tracking key recruiting metrics and iterating on processes to improve efficiency.
Build a pipeline of exceptional candidates that aligns with Luxury Presence’s high standards for talent and culture fit.

Required
Expert-level sourcing abilities, particularly on LinkedIn.
Skilled in hiring Sales, Customer Success, and GTM professionals across a range of roles and experience levels.
Proficient with Lever or similar ATS platforms.
Ability to run a structured, efficient, and effective recruiting process.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with hiring managers and candidates.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure an outstanding candidate experience and seamless operations.
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier sales talent for high-growth companies.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight timelines and competing priorities.
Preferred
Familiarity with the proptech, SaaS, or tech startup industries is a plus.
Ideally based in Austin, TX, but open to remote candidates.
