Responsibilities
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of pricing and membership agreements.
Analyze complex legal agreements and identify necessary actions.
Manage supplier and customer pricing agreements to ensure compliance.
Determine appropriate member access to contract pricing based on specific criteria.
Review escalated issues, providing resolutions in a timely manner.
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement new and amended contracts.
Train new team members and evaluate their progress.
Work with business intelligence teams to create and maintain team reports.
Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements.
Manage a portfolio of suppliers and customers, ensuring updates are accurate and discrepancies are resolved.
Support ongoing projects to drive solutions and process improvements.

Required
High School Diploma/GED required
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a B2B manufacturing/distribution environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with modern ERP software (SAP and/or Oracle) is required
Knowledge of pricing and membership eligibility
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (complex formulas)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
B2B experience is essential
Strong analytical skills are a must
SAP proficiency is required
Preferred
Associates degree or higher preferred
