Responsibilities

Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Contracts job family.

Completes day-to-day Contract tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.

Represents organization as a consultant to sales, employers, and brokers regarding the interpretation of benefits.

Travels and conducts on-site customer visits and clarifies benefits issues.

Implements new accounts.

Reviews benefits to ensure standard benefits were sold and can be accommodated by our systems.

Extensive product knowledge.

In-depth knowledge of matrix partner functions and how they interact.

Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.

Manage complex Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contract agreements.

Analyze contract performance and ensure accurate customer pricing and membership.
