Responsibilities

Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Contracts job family. Completes day-to-day Contract tasks without immediate supervision but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.

Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Represents organization as a consultant to sales, employers, and brokers regarding the interpretation of benefits.

Travels and conducts on-site customer visits and clarifies benefits issues. Implements new accounts.

Reviews benefits to ensure standard benefits were sold and can be accommodated by our systems.

Extensive product knowledge. In-depth knowledge of matrix partner functions and how they interact. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.
