Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research and analysis of contract terms and rate structures
Facilitate consensus on terms and rates for Single Patient Agreements while managing client relationships
Address inquiries regarding Single Patient Agreements from both internal and external stakeholders
Engage in meetings and committees to resolve issues related to Single Patient Agreements
Provide recommendations to improve system policies, procedures, and performance

Required
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in contract administration, sales, collections, or a related field
High School Diploma required
Proven ability to succeed in an autonomous work environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in analytical and critical thinking skills
Preferred
Experience in negotiating managed care contracts
Familiarity with Revenue Cycle processes
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of patient benefits and eligibility verification
