Responsibilities

Review, Draft, and Negotiate Agreements: Communicate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to review, draft, and negotiate agreements with procurement vendors.

Administer Vendor Contracts: Oversee all activities related to vendor contracts for various commodities, including professional and enterprise services (facilities, consulting, travel, memberships/claims, HR/marketing), information technology (software, hardware, telecom, security), and health operations (population health & clinical operations, pharmacy, quality & risk adjustment, payment integrity).

Manage Agreement Types: Handle various types of agreements such as master service agreements (MSA), business associate agreements (BAA), delegated services agreements, statements of work (SOW), nondisclosure agreements (NDA), service level agreements (SLA), software license agreements, and related third-party contracts.

Draft and Approve Contractual Documents: Draft and approve amendments, terminations, contract summaries, and other contract-related tasks.

Interpret and Advise on Contractual Rights and Obligations: Review, interpret, and advise relevant departments on contractual rights and obligations.

Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to legal, contractual, and risk management standards.
