Responsibilities
Perform initial reviews of Teaming Agreements (TAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Subcontracts (SubKs), and Service Agreements (SAs), ensuring they adhere to established templates and internal compliance standards.
Manage subcontractor relationships, including the administration of subcontracts and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Review and edit contract terms and conditions to align with FAR requirements and internal policies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address and resolve contract-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of all agreements and updates, using tools such as DocuSign to manage signature workflows and contract execution.
Provide guidance on the development and enforcement of contract policies and procedures, including best practices for subcontract management.
Conduct periodic reviews and audits of subcontractor compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
Support the preparation and review of modifications, amendments, and extensions to existing agreements.
Assist with risk assessment and mitigation strategies for contracts and subcontracts.
Prepare reports and provide insights on contracting activities and performance metrics to management.

Required
3+ years of experience in federal contracting or subcontract management.
Demonstrated experience managing contracts and/or subcontracts for a federal contractor.
Experience interpreting and applying Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Proficiency with contract management tools, including DocuSign.
Strong knowledge of subcontract terms and conditions and their application in agreements.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role.
Preferred
Certification in government contracting or related field (e.g., CPCM, CFCM).
Experience with service agreements and contract modifications in a federal contracting environment.
Familiarity with the compliance requirements of the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal agencies.
