Responsibilities

Draft and Edit Contracts Using Established Template Agreements

Analyze and Support the Negotiation of Complex Contract Provisions

Proofread, Edit, and Fact-Check Legal Documents for Accuracy and Consistency

Ensure Compliance with the Company's Policies and Applicable Laws

Prepare Correspondence to Various Stakeholders and Respond to Inquiries and Proposed Actions

Ensure that the Terms of Contractual Agreements are Written in Language that is Legally Binding and in Accordance with the Desires of the Client and the Company

Self-Monitor Progress According to Various Schedules of Completion to Submit Drafts and Documents in a Timely Manner

Assist in the Contract Finalization Process
