Responsibilities
Perform pre-award, award, post-award, and close-out functions for regional mission support.
Administer contracts for procurement of supplies and services.
Coordinate and oversee contract processes from start to finish.
Negotiate with contractors to resolve issues.
Prepare requests for proposals (RFP) ensuring compliance with regulations.
Provide guidance on developing statements of work and technical specifications.

Required
U.S. citizenship
Successful background investigation
Selective Service registration
Ability to obtain and maintain a Government credit card
Bachelor's degree in any field or 24 semester hours in specific fields (accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management)
FAC-C certification
DAWIA Certification Conversion
Experience in examining and evaluating cost estimates, price proposals, and determining reasonable proposal costs
Experience in reviewing financial and technical information provided by contractors
Experience in processing sole source requirements and conducting market research
