Responsibilities
Send monthly renewal quotes to customers.
Process and administer renewal quotes/contracts for customers.
Submit renewal contracts for customer signature.
Discuss annual price increases with customers and negotiate/push back on customers as necessary.
Research and resolve customer inquiries/disputes as they arise.
Maintain records in the subscription management system.
Provide internal support to sales, legal, finance, and customer success teams.
Navigate and find the necessary information in contract documents.
Be the primary contact for renewal-related communication and the process that supports it.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
