Responsibilities
Contracting responsibilities include coordinating directly with government contracting and GSA officials to manage and facilitate company contracts.
Coordinate contracting communications with the Board of Directors.
Provide basic contracting training to company employees.
Coordinate with subcontractors as needed for contract execution.
Proposal responsibilities include coordinating with the Business Development team and corporate leadership to identify opportunities to pursue and assist with proposal coordination efforts.
Communicate with government contracting officials to facilitate proposal submission.
Program Manager responsibilities include managing the company’s GSA OASIS and OASIS+ contracts as well as GSA and Navy SeaPort NxG schedule contracts.
Maintain contract modifications and accounts in GSA eBuy, GSA Vendor Support Center, FedConnect, GSA OASIS and OASIS +, Navy SeaPort NxG and SAM.

Required
Experience as a government contracting officer
Experience with GSA and Navy SeaPort contract vehicles
Ten years or more of related experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
US Citizen
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Experience working with small business contracting regulations
