Responsibilities
Assist Contracting Manager with daily monitoring and distribution of documentation from Contracting inbox.
Assist Contracting Manager with data entry and update of Vision, Prescription, and Broker tracking tools.
Assist Contracting Manager with preparation of Prescription and Vision agreements and amendments.
Assist on Audit requests for Vision and Prescription.
Assist with preparation of broker agreements, appointments and work with Finance regarding broker commission.
Assist with appointments for internal agents.
Assist with follow up for unsigned Prescription and Vision contracts and amendments.
Review contract benefits and forms to verify that they are in compliance with insurer's requirements.
Monitor progress of obtaining Agreements and Policy Documents signed by our clients.
Assist with Pay to Play and RFP requests from clients.
Proofreading to review and edit all issued documents for accurate use of grammar and content.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Four year degree in a related field preferred.
Ability to identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems, customer complaints and/or requests.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good organization skills and the ability to multitask on several projects simultaneously.
