Responsibilities

Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the performance and value of the company's asset portfolio.

Monitor and analyze asset performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

Maintain accurate records of all assets, including acquisition, utilization, and disposal.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure assets are effectively allocated and utilized.

Conduct regular audits and assessments of assets to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on asset performance and management activities.

Assist in the development of asset management policies and procedures.

Provide training and support to staff on asset management best practices.
