Responsibilities

Significant operational experience in financial services, specifically asset servicing, tax and settlements within the Custody and Clearing in the USA market

Demonstrated experience in complex business analysis roles

Experience of working in a large scale change environment

Support and understand structures, operations, processes, product and service offerings, policies and systems for the US Custody and Clearing business (USA Market) that then enables Securities Services to provide services to our clients

Working Knowledge In the Following: Process Design, Solution Design, Feasibility Study, Business Readiness

Expected Competencies In The Following: Data Analysis, Process Mapping, User Documentation, Project Management, Impact Assessment/Gap Analysis, Solution Validation, Root Cause Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Business Requirements

Required

Bachelor’s degree Finance, Business or related field

7-10 years experience in banking operations

Strong attention to detail.

Technologically adept

Strong communication and interpersonal skills written and oral.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting, prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines.

Significant operational experience in financial services, specifically asset servicing, tax and settlements within the Custody and Clearing in the USA market

Demonstrated experience in complex business analysis roles

Experience of working in a large scale change environment
