Responsibilities

Azure DevOps (ADO) Management

Plan, track, and manage software development projects using ADO.

Create and project manage work items, backlogs, sprints, and releases.

Facilitate team collaboration through ADO’s integrated tools for version control, CI/CD, and automated testing.

Utilize ADO’s dashboards and analytics to monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

Use SmartSheets for task tracking, project planning, and resource allocation.

Create detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and automated workflows.

Integrate SmartSheets with other tools and platforms to streamline data flow and enhance reporting capabilities.

Leverage SmartSheets’ collaborative features to ensure team alignment and effective communication.

Analyze HR data to provide insights into workforce trends, performance metrics, and talent management strategies.

Extract, transform, and report HR data using various HR systems and tools.

Ensure HR data management practices comply with relevant regulations and standards, providing accurate and timely reports.

Understand SAP HANA’s in-memory database technology for efficient data processing and real-time analytics.

Create and manage data models within SAP HANA to support business intelligence and reporting needs.

Integrate SAP HANA with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and enhance overall data management capabilities.
