Responsibilities
Ensure all design documentation is created holistically with the client vision and cross-functional needs
Working in a wide variety of modern design tools like Sketch, Abstract, Figma, Adobe XD, Marvel Principle, and InVision.
Information architecture, user and screen flows, conceptual and detailed wireframing and prototyping
Reviewing existing systems and processes to identify UX issues and develop UX recommendations

Required
2-5 years of related UX/UI design experience;
Bachelor's Degree
Extensive Sketch experience is required.
Have worked across a large organization with varying technical skill levels.
Ability to work deep in the trenches with cross-functional teams on product design and ownership.
Knowledge bases and how to effectively structure them to present the optimal data and results.
Confidence in ability to present and defend design choices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate a collaborative and proactive 'can-do' mentality
Ability to present ideas, provide rationale and make recommendations to leaders and their teams

Experience with GenAI
Previous experience working with Tax Professionals, a plus.
