Responsibilities
Hold weekly meetings with the client to review open items and new issues
Manage workload through the ServiceNow ticketing system
Be a backup to other team members on this client
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes
Implement leading practice workflows, address deficits in quality, and drive operational outcomes

Required
2-3 Years having implemented Workday Expenses
Prior AMS work
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Hybrid work – little or no travel involved
Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
