Responsibilities
Prepare and/or review customer, partner, vendor, and corporate contracts
Act as liaison on behalf of all stakeholders and consult with outside counsel when necessary
Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements
Report unresolved issues to executives who can agree to updated terms or maintain our position
Analyze potential risks involved with specific terms
Ensure BridgeHead complies with executed agreements
Stay up to date with legislative changes and industry regulations
Ensure all deadlines and conditions described in contracts are met
Monitor contracts from start to execution
Prepare and present reports on contract status and performance to senior management
Maintain organized system of records.
Oversee corporate legal concerns, conferring with external legal counsel as appropriate
Serve as the U.S. Privacy Officer
Liaise with UK Privacy Officer and Compliance Staff on projects
Prepare correspondence, policies, contracts and other legal documents and reports related to compliance
Maintain working knowledge of applicable regulations including healthcare data, the HIPAA Privacy rule as it relates to Business Associates and Protected Health Information (PHI)
Identify areas of noncompliance and coordinate with management to develop improvement plans
Document and retain information regarding data security incidents
Involvement with the Sales team on RFPs (Request for Proposals) as they relate to security and compliance

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law or related field or certification in contract management (e.g. CPCM, CFCM). Master’s degree a plus.
Minimum of 10 years in contract administration and compliance management, preferably in the healthcare or software industry.
Meticulous and adept at contract management.
Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
Ability to comprehend technical concepts at a high level, relating to software features and functionality.
Approachable, enthusiastic, and highly driven.
Collaborative team player with ability to develop credibility and strong relationships at all levels internally and externally.
Effective communicator, negotiator, and problem-solver.
Detail oriented, strategic, and analytical.
Confident, persuasive, and influential.
Demonstrate high level of ethics, diplomacy, confidentiality.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently.
Preferred
Master’s degree.
