Responsibilities
Assist a significant scientific nonprofit in drafting and negotiating contracts.
Work in virtually all areas of the organization, including grants, employment, patent, technology transfer, and nonprofit law.

Required
JD and license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
3 to 5 plus years of experience drafting and negotiating contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, vendor / procurement, and purchase / sales agreements.
Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management and external contact constituents.
Preferred
Experience working with universities, scientific, or nonprofit organizations a plus.
