Responsibilities

Assist with managing all contracts and services in accordance with company policies

Support crafting, evaluating, redlining, negotiating and executing a wide variety of contracts, including but not limited to, statements of work, purchasing/vendor agreements, task orders, master agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers and serving as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.

Maintain accurate and complete records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.

Ensuring contract compliance with the company’s policies and procedures

Informing internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts

Investigating and addressing contract issues

Solving contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally within the company

Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement changes

Required

Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization and work well in a team environment.

Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management and interpersonal skills.

Ability to achieve demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment without requiring constant follow-up.

Ability to prioritize work and re-prioritize on short-notice and work well under pressure.

Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent multitasking skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.

Preferred

Prefer contracts experience in software licensing and public safety.
