Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the company's accounting operations, including financial reporting, month-end close, and compliance with accounting standards.

Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports to executives, board members, and investors, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial data.

Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize accounting systems, streamline workflows, and enhance the quality of financial data.

Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making with the executive team, providing financial insights and recommendations.

Play a key role in post-acquisition integration, including financial due diligence, systems integration, and aligning acquired entities with the company’s financial policies and procedures.

Coordinate external audits and work closely with auditors to ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
