Required
5+ years experience in controller or senior accounting role
Financial analysis, budget management, and financial reporting skills
Experience in overseeing financial activities and ensuring compliance
Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Preferred
Experience in food processing or manufacturing industry a plus
