Responsibilities
Lead a team of four direct reports (AP, AR, Sr. Accountant, Asst. Controller)
Own entire GL, as well as AR, AP, Treasury, Tax and Audit
Participate as a key member of the leadership team and effectively partner with other departments
Consolidate monthly financial reports
Assess, execute and streamline policies, procedures, and controls
Oversee treasury, including daily cash management & cash flow reporting
Handle monthly and annual close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations & G/L analysis

Required
CPA is essential (active or inactive)
Prior Controllership or senior accounting roles with at least 10 years of experience
5 years of management experience
Self-starter who is detailed, flexible & organized
Outstanding communicator (both oral and written)
Ability to prepare insightful variance analysis commentary
Possess expert-level command of financial statement preparation
Be detailed, flexible, and organized
Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
Preferred
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or business-related discipline
