Responsibilities

Redesign workflows to automate manual tasks and streamline functions within the SAP S4 Hana accounting environment.

Leverage available automation tools and technologies for repetitive tasks.

Ensure robust financial controls that comply with laws and standards.

Train existing staff in revised processes

Automate report creation and distribution, create real-time tracking dashboards.

Minimize financial and operational risks.

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller role within the Wholesale Distribution industry.

Demonstrated proficiency in Gap Analysis and Flowchart creation.

Proven track record in implementing business process improvements.

Experience with leading Process Improvement Initiatives.

Knowledge and experience in working with SAP S/4 HANA.

Proficiency in designing and implementing Automation workflows.

Experience with Workflow automation in a distribution environment.

In-depth knowledge of accounting procedures relevant to the wholesale distribution industry.

Extensive experience with General Ledger management and operations.

Prior experience working for a large publicly traded company >$500M in Revenue.

Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana (Fiori) or Large ERP experience (Oracle, Dynamics).

Strong Excel Skills (Intermediate to Advanced - V, H, X Lookups, Index Match, Pivot Tables, Power Query).

Strong US GAAP and technical accounting experience.

Fast paced environment with very tight deadlines and milestones.

Prior experience in process improvement and automation and GAP Analysis work.
