Responsibilities

Overseeing the processing of financial reports and ensuring their accuracy

Managing the general ledger and ensuring all financial information is organized and accurate

Implementing new systems and procedures to enhance the efficiency of financial operations

Handling the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is recorded accurately and in a timely manner

Oversee the advanced excel operations and provide expert guidance to the team.

Required

Candidate must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Controller role.

Proficiency in Month End Close processes is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in Financial Reporting is required.

In-depth knowledge of General Ledger operations is necessary.

Experience with System Implementation is a key requirement.

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is expected.

Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in using financial software and advanced Excel skills is required.

Familiarity with GAAP and other accounting principles is necessary.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively.

Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Preferred

CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable.
