Responsibilities
Ensure that the business's need for changes to processes, policies and/or information systems are identified, understood, defined, documented and acted upon.
Elicit, analyze, document, validate, specify and verify the needs of business or user.
Gather and synthesize business requirements for moderate complexity software, systems, processes and/or services and translate them into specifications ensuring the business objectives are met.
Serve as a strategic conduit between the business area and the technical or software development team through which requirements flow.

Required
Extensive experience in Conversational AI analysis
Experience in research, documentation, and use case development
Ability to identify, understand, define, document and act upon business needs for changes to processes, policies and/or information systems
Experience in eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, specifying and verifying the needs of business or user
Accountability for gathering and synthesizing business requirements for moderate complexity software, systems, processes and/or services
Ability to translate business requirements into specifications ensuring business objectives are met
Experience serving as a strategic conduit between the business area and the technical or software development team
