Responsibilities

Interact with the business and design of the product/solution across various technologies using concepts of AI, NLP, ML, Cognitive to develop Chatbots/Agent Assist/Virtual Assistant in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.

Leading complex AI/ML, GenAI, Conversational AI projects with experience in Speech to text(STT)/Text to Speech(TTS)

Strong Technical background in delivery of AI-enabled Bot solutions and lead the delivery of large scale conversational AI projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration.

Exposure to IBM Watsonx
