Responsibilities
Design and implement chatbot and voice assistant conversational flows.
Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to create intuitive experiences.
Optimize user interactions based on feedback and analytics.
Train and refine AI models for better conversational performance.

Required
7+ years of experience in Conversational Design or UX design.
Proficiency with conversational AI platforms (Dialogflow, Rasa, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with UX design, user testing, and iterative design processes.
Preferred
Familiarity with agile methodologies and design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
