Responsibilities
Independently leads requirements gathering activities. Consults with Business partners to understand current and future business needs requiring the USAA Virtual Assistant.
Designs, tests, and implements conversational VA designs using Voiceflow / visio / Figma and AWS Lex, user experience principles, conversational design.
Identifies and troubleshoots application issues.

Required
Top 3 Technologies: Lex. Voiceflow / Visio, Figma
Knowledge of Virtual Assistant platforms, applications and standards
Knowledge of conversational designing and implementing on AWS Lex
Experience with Natural Language understanding and how it impacts conversational flows.
Knowledge of design concepts, standards and guidelines to align with user needs and expectations.
Experience using design tools (VoiceFlow, Figma, or visio).
Experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodology
Ability to iterate and improve conversational flows based on user feedback and best practices.
Ability to incorporate USAA’s consistent brand voice into the conversational designs
