Responsibilities

Leading community, youth, and employee engagement events

Developing curriculum and programs grounded in Positive Youth Development principles

Providing technical assistance to program partners

Supporting monitoring and evaluation elements to ensure quality impact and continuous improvement

Researching and analyzing data and promising PYD practices

Creating SCI tools and resources

Supporting communications for programs

Developing systems, strategies, and automated processes to support sustainable portfolio management.

Required

Enrollment in positive youth development or education policy related programs required.

Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent in Education, Human Services, Human Development and Family Services, Urban and Community Studies, Citizenship and Civic Engagement, Research, Technology and Youth or Related Field required.

Graduate or PhD student currently enrolled in positive youth development or applied research in youth development programs or related field required.

Experience in positive youth development and youth programs required.

Location: Boston, MA. Applicants must be in commutable distance to the Converse office in Boston.
