Responsibilities

Assist in the mapping of data elements from the source PAS to the target PAS

Analysis and documentation of source PAS product features and functionality

Track and resolve gaps in product, systems, reporting and BAU process knowledge

Development of Standard Operation Procedures

Development and implementation of Agent and Customer portals

Build new Correspondence and Policy print documents and processes

Build data feeds including but not limited to accounting/general ledger, actuarial valuation, commissions, annual statements, confirmations, and reinsurance.
