Responsibilities
Own, lead, and execute impactful CRO strategies, bridging data insights with creative solutions to drive measurable improvements in clients' conversion rates.
Design and implement customized CRO strategies for various clients, aligning initiatives with their business objectives.
Manage the day-to-day CRO strategy for multiple client accounts, overseeing end-to-end experimentation for A/B and multivariate testing and behavior analysis, using research to explore and validate hypotheses.
Act as a strategic partner, providing expert guidance on CRO methodologies and tools, especially for clients who are new to CRO.
Conduct comprehensive CRO audits to evaluate client strengths and weaknesses, offering compelling and practical advice on how to enhance conversion rates.
Establish KPIs for conversion rate optimization and develop robust A/B testing roadmaps for CRO applicable to advertising (Digital Campaigns, Ad sets, Landing Pages) and CRO for websites (user experience, journey mapping, increasing demos held, and form fills).
Make informed CRO recommendations while considering client risk appetite, technical constraints, and CRO maturity.
Collaborate with other service lines to identify CRO opportunities and contribute to client pitches, including supporting slide creation for pitch decks and presenting strategies and outcomes to prospective clients with confidence.
Foster cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through client relationships and professional networks while working alongside Paid Media, SEO/Content, Video, MOps, and Startup teams to integrate CRO strategies into the broader service offerings.
Travel to visit clients approximately once per year, per client, or as necessary.

Required
5 years of experience working in a performance/digital marketing agency (3 years specifically in CRO).
The ability to craft strategies to improve a client's CRO by understanding their business, traffic, and overall marketing goals.
A balance of competitive spirit and curiosity; a problem-solver with a proven track record of leading strategic CRO initiatives that result in measurable conversion improvements.
Extensive client-facing experience in a digital marketing agency, adept at managing complex relationships and guiding clients through significant CRO programs.
Proficiency in design-related software including, but not limited to, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Unbounce, and Webflow.
Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing to analyze campaign performance data using CRO tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, Convert.com), research tools (e.g., Hotjar, Fullstory), web analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics), heat mapping (Crazy Egg), and reporting/dashboarding tools (Looker Studio) to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance.
A capability to identify new CRO growth opportunities for clients by analyzing messaging, conducting audits, and performing data/traffic analysis, translating complex findings into clear, data-driven narratives.
Travel to visit clients approximately once per year, per client, or as necessary.
Preferred
Experience with B2B/SaaS is a plus.
Active engagement in CRO thought leadership, conferences, and networking events, remaining current on innovations and best practices in CRO and digital optimization.
