Responsibilities

Implement & improve the operations processes of the company.

Plan and execute processes.

Apply the best practices that are adequate for our early stage reality.

Work with our CEO and co-Founders to optimize our operations.

Run day to day operations with agile methods that fit with the small size of the company and its big ambitions.

Define and track metrics to learn rapidly and adapt initiatives in fast iterations.

Build and manage a team of interns, and later of contractors and employees. Provide them with mentoring, leadership, and growth opportunities, rewarding team members for exceptional performance.

Represent the company, promoting new and innovative ideas, inspire trust in the products and underlying AI that the company is building, through an active involvement across the public spaces.

Required

You demonstrate a solid understanding of the fields of AI, with a special interest in empathy AI / perceptive computing, as well as big data analytics, SaaS, customer insights.

You have at least 5 years of professional accomplishments in business operations in a small / mid size tech company.

You are interested in AI, its social acceptance, ethics, and privacy.

Comfortable with uncertainty: this is a startup & we may pivot several times until we reach product - market fit.

Successful in overachieving targets.

Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing.

Solid skills in digital methods and tools.

Demonstrated ability to achieve results while working in a cross-functional environment.

Solution driven thinking.

Comfortable with working remotely, at least partially.
