Responsibilities

Produce weekly and monthly reporting in support of Loudspeaker insights for executives in the Chief Operating Office

Use SQL, Teradata, Tableau, and other reporting packages and capabilities to create reports using highly unstructured data (free-form text)

Use themes, key words, topics, and other data variables to help derive insights that will be shared with executives

Use non-Loudspeaker datasets, such as HR hierarchy tables, employee location, etc. to add depth to the insights shared

Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders and leaders

Provide analytics support for the operational needs of the COO Loudspeaker team

Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
