Responsibilities

Develop network adequacy analytical reports.
Performs audits.
Review daily files and makes determinations regarding how changes noted affect contracts, member access, and service delivery.
Develop provider communications.
Gather and provide reports on data reviewed.
Communicate with Providers and internal staff.

Required

Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
Associate’s degree in a Mathematical, Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Service field, or other data related degree program and four (4) years’ experience in the mental health/substance use or developmental disabilities field which includes experience in data management activities, reporting or use of databases.
Bachelor’s degree in a Mathematical, Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Service field, or other data related degree program and two (2) years’ experience in the mental health/substance use or developmental disabilities field which includes experience in data management activities, reporting or use of databases.
Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status
