Responsibilities

Retrieve and process pharmacy audit notices, communicate with field leadership and store associates regarding audits, and manage audit deadlines and documentation requests in accordance with department procedure.

Aid in the correction of pharmacy claims billing errors through communications sent to field leadership and pharmacy employees.

Ensure data accuracy throughout all stages of audit maintenance to promote integrity of databases and actionability of reports.

Obtain supporting documents to dispute discrepant claims found on pharmacy audit findings reports to ensure maximum savings.

Work with other corporate departments, field leaders, audit companies, and PBM’s to perform root cause analysis and help resolve audit issues and system deficiencies as it pertains to claim billing, audits, and the drug dispensing process.

Produce routine and support special projects/initiatives, ad hoc reports to compile audit statistics to aid in management decision making.

Meet daily deadlines while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
