Responsibilities

Write, edit and proofread content for newsletters, courses/ course descriptions, the LMS, videos, event campaigns, and various digital platforms

Work closely with the Creative Services Sr. Manager to ensure consistency of tone, style and messaging across all channels

Ensure all content is polished, error-free, and adheres to brand voice and style guidelines

Research and source relevant information, data and images for content creation

Help maintain jobs and the editorial calendar in the Jira system to ensure timely delivery of content

Help monitor and respond to comments and queries on our email inbox

Detail processes and procedures for the team and innovate ways to be more efficient in your workflow

Required

5+ years of experience in writing for digital platforms, preferably in a B2B or internal corporate setting

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

A strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and success campaigns. Must be able to showcase strong headline/ title copy.

A strong proficiency in Poppulo creating content, emails, templates and analyzing data from campaigns

Proven ability to think creatively and develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with Jira or a similar project management system is a plus

Basic designs skills and experience working with graphics to build success communications

Basic project management skills, such as calendar management, task prioritization and deadline adherence

Creative, curious and eager to learn new skills and trends

Preferred

Experience and design skills with the Adobe Suite is a plus
